Mark is a Senior Managing Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He has been involved in commercial real estate since 2000. His primary areas of responsibility involve capitalizing on commercial real estate including multi-housing, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, hotels, seniors housing, and self-storage. Mark has facilitated structured finance solutions in conventional permanent financings, joint ventures, mezzanine debt, bridge loans, and construction financing. Over his time with JLL, Mark’s direct transactional experience exceeds $3.5 billion. Prior to joining JLL in 2013, Mark was a partner and managing director/investments with E2M Partners and SRI Ventures LLC, affiliate companies of Sammons Enterprises. In both positions, Mark was responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and executing equity investments for the Sammons companies.
