Marcus Sullivan serves as a Senior Advisor for SVN specializing in the sale and leasing of hospitality related properties and businesses in the Greater Chicago Area. With several years of commercial real estate experience, Sullivan has secured numerous transactions with a career sales volume of over $10 million in business sales. Prior to joining SVN in June of 2012, Sullivan served as an Agent for the Kudan Group in Chicago. At Kudan Group, Sullivan worked with existing restaurant owners to secure new locations. Sullivan is also instrumental in the disposition of restaurant business and properties. During Sullivan’s time at Kudan Group, he worked closely with ownership of Bristol in Bucktown and Longman & Eagle in Logan square both of which have been Michelin Award winners. Other notable restaurant locations include Urban Union in Little Italy, Lillies Q in Bucktown, and most recently Antique Taco in Wicker Park. Sullivan earned a Bachelor’s degree in English literature from University of Illinois in Chicago and has been a resident Chicago for over 20 years.
