Prior to joining Phillips Realty Capital in 2019, Mr. Shaw served as a Director at Ladder Capital Corp where he was responsible for origination and structuring of fixed rate securitized loans, balance sheet loans and mezzanine loans. Prior to that, Mr. Shaw worked for FBR Capital Markets as a generalist in the investment banking group. Malcolm graduated from The University of Virginia in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History.
