Lispah Hogan joined Newmark as a principal in 2002 to play a pivotal role in the firm’s national expansion and to direct its Houston office. Lispah is a 35-year commercial real estate veteran, specializing in tenant advisory. She has completed more than 23 million square feet of transactions since the start of her career and has extensive experience in numerous regions throughout the southern United States, particularly in Texas and Louisiana.
Over the course of her career, Lispah has represented many prominent corporations in their occupancy needs in Houston and internationally. In addition to the partial list below, she was retained by Phillips 66 to assist in the development of its 1.1 million-square-foot headquarters. In addition to leasing, she has executed the sale of 35 buildings and more than 754 acres of land, including a mixed-use site in Austin, Texas.
Prior to Newmark, Lispah worked for 18 years at J. Studley, Inc., as vice president and branch manager for the Houston office.
