Liam is an Associate on JLL’s Healthcare Capital Markets team specializing in capital solutions for healthcare providers and investors of Medical Office Buildings, Hospitals, Behavioral Health Facilities, and Life Science assets. Liam focuses on the execution of various capital markets strategies including: investment sales, debt placement (senior & mezz), joint venture equity (pref, LP, & co-GP), and investment banking advisory. Prior to JLL, Liam worked at Capital One for five years. His latest role was with Capital One's Healthcare Real Estate team, an industry-leading healthcare financier with $12B+ AUM. Liam assisted in underwriting and structuring new transactions for senior and unitranche debt financing completing over $3.4B of loan volume during his tenure. Liam also spent time in the New York office on the Real Estate Capital Markets team assisting in capital raises of secured and unsecured debt for REITs, debt funds, private equity, and large developers.
