Laurie McMahon joined Cassidy Turley in 1998, and since then has held a variety of leadership positions across several departments within the firm. From 2002-2008, Laurie served as Director of Downtown Property Management, responsible for the firm’s Property and Project Management Groups. In this role, she led the growth of these service lines by over 400 percent to over 21 million square feet of commercial office and retail space managed in the Washington and Baltimore metropolitan areas. Laurie has developed a unique and deep skill set throughout her 20 years of professional experience, with an acute understanding of operations, finance, and construction. In addition, Laurie is considered a firm expert in the field of sustainability, energy efficiency, green policy and legislation and the LEED® rating system, and is sought-after for advice on ‘green’ requirements across the firm.
