Kyle Talbott brings a unique blend of creativity, tenacity and empathy to the world of residential real estate. Raised in the shadow of the Washington Monument, he has always had an eye for detail and architectural design. Growing up in the D.C. area, Kyle was exposed to not only the neo-classical buildings flanking the Mall, but to the modern boldness of I.M. Pei's creations.
This visual awareness brought Kyle to study art at Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia. He remembers flipping through architectural design magazines for inspiration, and particularly appreciates his year of schooling in Rome where he was flooded with his first love: well-made, well-proportioned architecture with an ease of living.
It is this same passion that inspired Kyle to work in real estate. After working as a not-so-starving artist in New York City, he met his wife Karen, with whom he began buying and renovating co-ops in the Ditmas Park section of Brooklyn.
