Kristen is a native Houstonian and has grown up around the Real Estate business for most of her life. She joined McDade, Smith, Gould, Johnston, Mason + Company in 1999 working directly with Bill McDade. Kristen took a short term position at Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County as Associate Vice President of Real Estate from August 2009 through October of 2010 where she managed a team as large as 30 people for the Right of Way acquisition for the current five light rail projects in Houston as well as all other real estate projects for METRO. She then returned to McDade Smith and her former “McDade” team as they wound down the company’s closure. Kristen joined CBRE in 2010 as part of the McDade team, lead by Bill McDade, specializing in brokering land transactions for both buyers and sellers. She is currently working independently as a leading land broker in the Greater Houston Area.
