Kevin is the co-founder of the Phair-Hinton Real Estate Group with good friend and partner Emily Phair. Kevin joined Keller Williams in 2015, and is a member of the newly launched Lincoln Park office. No stranger to Keller Williams, Kevin's brother Keith owns two Keller Williams offices in the Virginia Beach area. With his pragmatic background in investment properties, Kevin's expertise in all things real estate began with his own real estate ventures in New York and Miami. Kevin resides in Chicago's Old Town neighborhood and works diligently with both buyers and sellers throughout the Chicagoland area. The Phair-Hinton Real Estate Group is quickly becoming one of the larger producing residential real estate teams within all of Chicago, solidly ranks within the top 1% of all brokers.
Personally, Kevin's other passion in life is the game of golf, competing collegiately at the University of Michigan before playing and coaching professionally for a number of years.
