After more than 25 years in the music business as a Grammy award-winning producer (Gotye, Lumineers, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros) and recording label president, Kevin, expanded his love affair with homes and architecture into a full-time career. For years, he and his wife had been buying, fixing up and selling houses in Los Angeles, and that’s when he finally realized that his knowledge and experience were a great fit with real estate.
Kevin grew up in Marin County, California, and earned his degree in music from The Berklee School of Music in Boston. If music production and real estate seem to have little in common, Kevin's abilities creativity, refined aesthetics, attention to detail, and terrific people skills translate easily between the two.
What actually turned the tide for him was in 2005 he and his family leased in Point Dume, while restoring an architectural home in Beverly Hills. He immediately fell in love with the area. It seemed to be the perfect blend of Northern and Southern California.
