Kelly Moriarty is co-director of JLL San Diego’s Healthcare Practice Group, a brokerage team that has been specializing exclusively in healthcare real estate leasing and sales since 1991. Kelly has helped his clients execute over 215 transactions valued in excess of $275 million. His primary specialty is agency leasing.
Prior to joining JLL in 2014, Mr. Moriarty was Vice President of Sales with MyOffice where he was a top producing sales representative and Manager of the Sales division.
