Mr. Woodworth specializes in Southern California multi-family investment sales encompassing entitled or unentitled land as well as existing apartment investment assets. He joined The Hoffman Company after a successful career on the principal side of real estate investment. His many years in the industry have afforded Mr. Woodworth the opportunity to have formed relationships with many of Southern California’s most successful and active developers and investors. Having worked with some of Southern California’s most prolific multi-family investors and developers over the past decade, Justin has touched all aspects of multi-family investment and development.
During his career, Justin has supported acquisition and directed development of over 2,000 units while Development Director and was the central figure in the underwriting and acquisition of thousands of multi-family and single family units while Senior Analyst and the underwriter for major investment management firms and their institutional partners such as Blackstone, LACERA, LACERS, and PGIM.
