Josh Murphy is a Senior Vice President focused on Investment Sales in NAI Partners’ San Antonio office.
Josh previously worked at Marcus & Millichap, where he was part of that company’s National Office and Industrial Properties Group, specializing in investment property sales of professional office, medical office and industrial properties in the Central Texas market.
Prior to his time at Marcus & Millichap, Josh spent over a decade in residential real estate investing. He also has extensive experience with commercial construction methods and materials. After receiving his BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, he worked in various disciplines of the commercial construction industry including commercial roofing, waterproofing, masonry, concrete and site works products. He is currently licensed as an EIT by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers. He is also licensed as a CDT by the Construction Specifiers Institute and as a RRO by the Roof Consultants Institute.
