Over his twenty-five year career in the real estate industry, Jon has obtained valuable experience in a variety of areas that include project development, loan origination and the overall structuring of complex commercial real estate transactions. Jon is involved in all aspects of real estate capital and over his career he has been involved with the financing of over $2 billion of residential, multifamily real estate. Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, Jon was Senior Vice President at Hunt Mortgage Group, formerly Centerline Capital Group, where his focus was debt placement for multifamily and affordable housing, as well as in healthcare communities, located in the Southeastern region of the U.S.
Early in Jon’s career he served as Executive Vice President at BSR Trust, formerly Summit Housing Partners. During his thirteen-year tenure at BSR Trust, Jon had an integral role in growing the company from 5 properties in central Alabama to 87 properties located across 9 states, comprising nearly 13,500 multifamily units.
