John specializes in representing owners and users of all types of industrial product. Concentrating primarily on the Southwest Phoenix market area, he is focused on matching the business needs of industrial users with leasing opportunities offered by landlords. When evaluating real estate opportunities, clients benefit from his education, real estate experience and market knowledge. Since joining JLL in 2015, John has successfully marketed several million square feet of properties for both private and industrial owners totaling over $390 million in transactions. Prior to joining JLL, John gained six years of commercial real estate experience on the facilities side as a building engineer of high-rise buildings. John graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Studies and a Business Administration minor. He is a member of NAIOP.
