John Lorence is an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Occupier Advisory & Transaction Services group based in Minneapolis. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships through strategic real estate planning, transaction negotiation, and multi-site transaction management. Prior to joining CBRE, John was part of a top producing team for Jones Lang LaSalle. There, he served a Managing Director and was a member of the Corporate Services division, focusing on tenant representation, corporate solutions, and real estate strategy.
