ONE Sotheby’s International Realty sales associate Joan Jimenez brings a fresh approach to the field. A long-time Miamian, she has a real sense of place for the city. Having resided on a canalfront home inIslands of Cocoplum, an exclusive estatewaterfront community in Coral Gables, Fl., since 1995, she’s able to share her invaluable insight about the enclave, as well as the nuances of its surrounding neighborhoods. In addition to raising her three children there, she serves as vice president of the Cocoplum Homeowner’s Association and chair of its Social Committee.
