Jesse Kay is a Director of Investments at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, development, and redevelopment properties. As a senior member of the Nowak Group, he focuses exclusively on the Brooklyn market. Since joining the firm, Jesse has closed more than 45 investment sales transactions totaling over $150 million. He was recognized as a top 10 producer in the Brooklyn office for four consecutive years. He was promoted to Senior Associate in 2018 and elevated to Director of Investments in 2025. Jesse is known for delivering data-driven insights that maximize value and align with his clients’ strategic goals. He has extensive experience executing 1031 exchanges, helping investors transition into low-management, single-tenant net-leased assets nationwide. By leveraging Marcus & Millichap’s national platform, Jesse supports clients in identifying markets and assets that best meet their long-term investment objectives. He earned his degree from Boston University’s School of Management in 2014. Outside of work, Jesse enjoys traveling, following sports, and staying on top of emerging real estate trends.
