I have been working in the real estate business for over 15 years and have experience in several real estate asset classes, from residential to commercial. I previously worked in The Netherlands/Belgium at DTZ Zadelhoff, CBRE and a private equity firm as Project-/Technical Manager.
As Senior Technical Asset Manager at Catella Investment Management Benelux, I am partly responsible for an optimal asset return, the optimum technical balance between risks, asset performance, functionality and costs. I am also responsible for project management and I focuses on investments based on long term maintenance plans.
From Catella Investment Management Benelux, Fund- and Asset perspective I am concerned with sustainability and implements sustainability opportunities on corporate, portfolio and asset level (ESG/GRESB/BREEAM). ESG representative within the Catella Group and recognized BREEAM-NL In-Use Expert.
