Jeremy Isaacs joined RIPCO Real Estate in 1998 where he is currently Vice Chairman. He is a 30-year real estate veteran with extensive experience in the markets of Long Island, New York, and others within the Northeastern part of the country. Jeremy’s deep experience in retail leasing and development enables him to represent developers and landlords with project leasing, marketing, and sales. He counts Blackstone, BLDG, CIII, Investcorp, ING Clarion, LNR Partners and Macerich among his list of exclusive ownership representation clients. In addition, Jeremy works with numerous national tenants, forming long standing exclusive relationships with the likes of Aldi Food Market, Michael’s, and the TJX Companies which operates HomeGoods, HomeSense, Marshalls, and TJ Maxx. Jeremy received his Bachelors of Science in Finance from George Washington University, and his MBA in Real Estate & Urban Development from the American University in Washington D.C.
