Jennifer Giattino's entry to real estate came almost by accident. After ending her career as a trader at Goldman Sachs to begin her family, she decided to take the real estate licensing course when a friend told her she didn't want to take the course alone. A few weeks into the course, Jennifer discovered that she had found a profession that she could love. “My friend said, 'You're really good at this,' and I was! It felt like the perfect next step for me.” Soon, Jennifer was a licensed agent and set out to find an office to join. “I contacted absolutely every office in town,” she said, “and while many seemed to want me to join, none of them really interviewed me. Hudson Place Realty was different. The broker wanted to know who I was, what I could bring to the firm, and what my motivations were.
