Jenna Gilbert is a Senior Associate with our Dallas team and specializes in both Tenant and Landlord representation. Jenna and her team provide market research, site selection and lease negotiation services to ensure success for retail clients. Jenna's experience encompasses working with tenants in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas markets and throughout the United States. She currently provides tenant representation for Verizon, Gold's Gym, Round One Entertainment, Regions Bank, and Velvet Taco. In a very short period of time, Jenna has played a key role in the execution of over 250 lease transactions.
Prior to her current brokerage role, Jenna worked with our retail and land teams as a Client Services Coordinator where she provided administrative, technical and organizational services, and was responsible for preparing lease proposals, market presentations and communication materials.
