Jeff Adkison is a Managing Director at JLL. As part of Capital Markets, Jeff is responsible for leading the Development and Asset Strategy (DAS) Group’s Los Angeles office. Jeff helps clients to position owned vacant or underutilized assets in order to drive the highest overall value. His experience includes efforts ranging from highest & best use analysis, merchandizing residential and resort properties and creating thoughtful strategies around functionally obsolete or environmentally challenged assets. He handles assets ranging from dense inner-city locations of less than an acre, to large-scale parcels in excess of 50,000 acres.
