He oversees and manages the current Alchemy investor base, as well as focuses on sourcing new Equity and Debt relationships. Prior to joining Alchemy, Jedd worked at Cushman and Wakefield and Colliers International, focusing on retail leasing and sales. As a broker, Jedd completed significant transactions on behalf of Landlords such as; The Durst Organization, Rose Associates, Union Investment, Harbor Group, The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, UDR Inc, amongst others. He has also represented tenants such as JP Morgan Chase, GoHealth, Crunch Fitness, UPPAbaby, Unilever, Zaro’s Bakery and more. Jedd graduated with distinction from Indiana University’s school of Public Environmental Affairs, with a certificate in Urban Studies and has completed numerous NYU continuing education courses. He is a member of ICSC, REBNY, is a Junior Board member for Brooklyn Youth Sports Club (BKYSC) and is the Co-President of the Young Professionals’ Board for the Catalog for Giving.
