About
Jayme is a director in the Austin office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. She comes to JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate. She focuses on debt and equity placement transactions for a broad range of asset types. Throughout her career, Jayme has completed the capitalization of a broad range of properties, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, hotels and land, which have included permanent financings, bridge financing, joint-ventures and construction financing totaling more than $2.8 billion.
Jayme started at HFF as an analyst in December 2016. Before that, she worked with CBRE in Austin as an associate, where she participated in office leasing. She began his real estate career in 2009.
