Jared Friedman is a senior director at IPRG, where he specializes in the sale of commercial property throughout the Bronx. Prior to Joining IPRG Mr. Friedman was a director for the Bronx market at B6 Real Estate advisors for 2 years. Mr. Friedman started his career in 2018 at ERG Commercial Real Estate where he focused on executing the sale of commercial properties and financing of commercial mortgages in the Bronx market. To date, he has evaluated over 500+ properties and executed 15 transactions. His experiences cover a diverse range of asset classes including multifamily, mixed use, development, retail, industrial, office, medical, and hospitality. He has recently been awarded NYREJ ones to watch in 2022. Mr. Friedman prides himself on his work ethic and making sure he delivers to his clients in every transaction he is given the opportunity to.
