About

James Nestor is an Associate Director in the Investment Sales Division of Ariel Property Advisors, where he is responsible for executing the company’s exclusive listings and facilitating business development initiatives in Northern Manhattan, with a particular focus on the neighborhoods of Washington Heights and Inwood. Mr. Nestor has extensive experience in evaluating and marketing properties across various asset classes, including multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, and development. Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Nestor was as an Investment Sales Associate at Marcus & Millichap, focusing on multifamily properties in Midtown Manhattan. In this role, he researched ownership records, collected market data and analyzed industry trends. His other responsibilities included: prospecting new client relationships and referral sources, attending networking/industry events, presenting marketing proposals to clients, negotiating and marketing exclusive listing agreements, and advising clients on their individual real estate investment strategies.
