Beginning as an Acquisitions Manager for a private Real Estate fund, Ivan analyzed thousands of properties and conducted negotiations with sellers and agents. Eventually becoming an independent agent representing buyers of multi-family properties, Ivan also began investing for himself. Seeking to leverage this knowledge, Ivan co-founded a firm dedicated to development and renovation of affordable single-family and multi-family properties. This firm has developed, or rehabilitated, and sold 170+ homes to date. In addition, it currently owns and operates 500 multi-family units through various partnerships. In 2016, Ivan founded the Rabinovich Team at Keller Williams. Ivan brings this knowledge to every deal, to ensure the best outcome in every step of the home buying and selling process. Ivan holds a BBA in Real Estate, from Florida International University’s Hollo School of Real Estate.
