I am currently a Vice President at Paine/Wetzel after joining the company in December of 2010. I specialize in the leasing and purchase of commercial/industrial properties and have sold properties throughout the Midwest, but concentrate most of my time and energies in Chicago and the Chicago suburban market. My experience includes the leasing of speculative facilities and the purchase of vacant land. I began my business career in Japan at an export/import trading company. In 1990 I joined Baird & Warner concentrating in the Chicago and Chicago suburban markets and have worked with many tenants in the leasing and purchasing of office/industrial properties.
