Harry Singer joined Meridian in 2021 and currently serves as a Retail Leasing Associate in the company’s 800 Third Avenue office. He specializes in tenant representation in New York City.
His experience in the retail leasing sector includes food, fitness, and service-oriented spaces as well as jewelry and medical spaces.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Singer was an intern at Rakow Commercial Realty, where he sourced new clients, deepened relationships by conducting outreach to ensure the health, safety, and satisfaction of tenants, and focused on client retention. His previous internships include working at Westchester Property Management where he focused on tenant relations, and renovating commercial properties for Palace Guards Property Management.
Mr. Singer received a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from Tulane University in May 2021 and honed his real estate acumen there through participation in the Tulane Real Estate Summer Institute, an intensive eight-week program for students focused on residential and commercial real estate.
