Harrison Abramowitz serves as a Managing Director in the New York office of Newmark, where he specializes in the representation of both owners and tenants in retail leasing transactions. Abramowitz brings to his position 10 years of commercial real estate experience in the New York market. Abramowitz has and continues to represent national and local retailers expanding throughout New York City. Recently, Abramowitz helped the CVS pharmacy chain negotiate a lease for 10,000 square feet at 387 Park Avenue South. He was also a member of the team that secured 19,000 square feet for CVS at the iconic Brill Building in Times Square. He is currently actively expanding several emerging brands, including Candid Co., which he is negotiating deals with around the country.
