Born and raised in Spring Lake Heights, Greg attended Wall Township schools and graduated from the University of Delaware. After graduation, Greg spent a few years in advertising sales in Manhattan, first with Fox Television, then with the Discovery Channel. But he would leave the NYC skyscraper life to pursue his true calling back on the beaches of the Jersey Shore. Greg started by managing his brother's architecture firm in Sea Girt (then Christopher Rice Architecture, now Rice & Brown Architects). There, Greg absorbed a wealth of knowledge about land use, zoning, architectural design, construction, and most importantly: the values of a good home. What do people want in a home? Why do they gravitate toward one home vs. another? How do people live, and how does that dictate the kind of home that is best for them? Greg was now not only armed with this invaluable experience and fresh understanding of people's residential needs, but he also cultivated relationships with the area's builders, engineers, attorneys, township code officers and construction officials.
