Mr. Echarte’s expertise in investment strategies analyzing investment scenarios marketing properties and locating investment opportunities has garnered his strong relationships with private and institutional investors. His results-driven disposition leads to client retention and extensive referrals. As a Director in the National Multi-Housing Division, Mr. Echarte has been awarded seven National Achievement Awards, six Gold Sales Achievement Awards, and ten Sales Recognition Awards. Mr. Echarte heads The Kristol Group’s Dade County Division Mr. Echarte is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Economics. He is married, has three boys, and enjoys coaching youth sports, golf, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.
