Evan is a director in the Washington, DC office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than four years of commercial real estate experience. He is primarily responsible for performing financial and market analysis, preparing offering memorandums, marketing transactions and facilitating the due diligence process for all property types on the debt and equity placement team.
He joined HFF in 2014. Before that, Evan was an assistant property manager at The Dolben Company in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to that, he interned as a financial analyst in real estate operations at Buchbinder & Warren LLC in New York City. Throughout his career, Evan has participated in debt and equity placement transactions representing more than $1.7 billion of capitalized value.
