Mr. Casal has over a decade of real estate industry experience.
As principal of Capital Commercial Group, Mr. Casal is responsible for handling all aspects of commercial sales, leasing and investments.
Mr. Casal specializes in tenant and landlord representations and in the acquisition and disposition of industrial and office facilities.
Recently, Mr. Casal represented the Doral Commerce Park (a 620,000 SF master planned development), Miami Access Pointe (a 17 acre 206,000 SF development), the former Incredible Universe site (180,000 SF on 27 acres), Venamerica (a 7 acre / 150,000 SF development).
Mr. Casal has fulfilled representations in excess of $1billion.
Mr. Casal was most recently a Director with Coconut Grove-based developer Alliance Companies.
Some of his clients include Aeroturbine, Citgo, Ford Motor Company, Intradeco, Rinker, Tracfone and the Sun-Sentinel among others.
Casal was top producer at Alliance Companies for eight years. Mr. Casal has consistently completed most of the largest commercial transactions in the Miami Market.
Mr. Casal earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University. (Bilingual - Spanish)
