A lifelong New Jersey resident, Eric grew up spending his summer vacations on Long Beach Island. After graduating from Rutgers University, he spent many years in the hospitality industry, ultimately owning and operating a successful restaurant in Northern NJ. After years of vacationing on LBI, he and his Fiancé Sandy began pursuing their dream of finding a home on the island. Having realized that dream a few years ago they are now full time residents of Beach Haven. His goal now is to help others find the home of their dreams here on LBI.
