Having experienced 15 years in the retail industry, Emilia brings her business operational and consumer knowledge of the Miami Market from behind the scenes to the clients of Gridline properties.
From previously store managing the Shinola Wynwood location while working closely with the Wynwood BID , Emilia fully understands the support small businesses need to sustain themselves within its' market as well as lead pathways for major and young brands to integrate themselves into an area to minimize the disruption of the neighborhood’s synergy. Her familiarity with all the existing and evolving neighborhoods in Miami is a tremendous asset to her clients and tenants she represents.
Emilia holds her Bachelors of Applied Arts and Science from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX. In her free time, you can find her enjoying the beach, traveling, or discovering the hidden culinary gems of Miami with family and friends.
