Ely Akiva specializes in commercial leasing throughout New York City. He manages complex negotiations and drives transactions to completion with precision and focus. He has represented prominent landlords including L&M Development Partners, SW Management, and Klosed Properties, and has completed notable leases for tenants such as Wundabar, 375 Chicken & Fries, 787 Coffee, Halal Chicks, Starpro Physical Therapy, Afghan Kebeb House, and Charlotte Cafe. Through these deals, Ely contributes to the growth and evolution of NYC submarkets, helping shape vibrant and dynamic commercial corridors across the city. Beyond his transactional success, Ely also mentors newer agents on the team, embodying the collaborative spirit at MRG. He holds a dual degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Brooklyn College. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball and staying involved in his community.
