Dylan Maher is an Associate Broker with the Industrial Service Group. He joined Lee & Associates full-time in 2020 after two consecutive internships at the firm during his Junior and Senior years of college. Dylan’s primary focus is the I-55 Corridor and is an essential component of the team led by Brian Vanosky, Tim McCahill and Michael O’Leary. Dylan’s main role is representing his clients’ best interests regarding leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of industrial properties. Dylan looks forward to developing on-going, long-term relations with clients by working with them to form creative real estate strategies that complement their business objectives. EDUCATION / AFFILIATIONS Dylan is a graduate of the University of Missouri, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a Minor in Business. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois and an emerging member of the Young Industrial Brokers Association.
