Drew McWilliams joined the RIPCO Investment Sales team as an Associate in October 2023. His journey in the real estate industry first began at GoldCo Realty, where he specialized in Manhattan retail leasing. Over time, he broadened his knowledge and expertise to encompass Investment Sales, ultimately securing his role at RMFriedland Commercial Realty, where he specialized in industrial and multi-family properties within the outer borough market. Throughout his career, he has valued and underwritten over 60 properties. Drew is a member of the Greater Harlem Real Estate Board, where he represents the commercial arm of the chapter. Before embarking on a career in commercial real estate, Drew spent over a decade in sales and working within the not-for-profit sector.
