Prior to embarking on a career as a Realtor, the journey began working for the most prestigious appraising and consulting firms in New York City. This experience was unique, educational and empowering. The assignments were throughout the five boroughs of the city and surrounding counties. Appraising mostly residential properties, also included were mixed use and commercial real estate sites as well. This provided the skills used today to assist and consult owners in properly pricing their houses and buildings and helping them to reach and acquire their goals. Through proper and constant communication, it is essential to convey to sellers how the appraiser / bank underwriter will see their house. A full time, full service Realtor since 1986, my goal is to provide quality, professional service to all clients, customers and referrals.
