Daniel is born in Korea and moved to Los Angeles in 1978. He graduated from University of Southern California with Ph.D in aerospace engineering and currently resides in Orange county with a wife and three children.
Daniel’s geographic focus has been exclusively in the Greater Los Angeles area industrial market throughout his career. He is an active member of AIR Commercial Real Estate Association.
He has extensive knowledge and experience working with apparel, import/export & food related companies. He has been very successful representing both landlords and tenants.
