Conor Lalor serves as President, Head of Retail Capital Markets at Newmark. In this role, he leads a team of capital markets professionals focused on the sale, financing and/or recapitalization of retail and mixed-use assets and portfolios across the U.S. Lalor’s teams have led many of the highest profile retail and mixed-use transactions over the past decade, transacting on over $25 billion of sales, financings and recapitalizations. Prior to joining Newmark, Lalor spent more than 12 years as Managing Director at Eastdil Secured, where he led the firm’s retail business across the Sunbelt and Eastern United States.
