Connor Burke works as an Associate in Avison Young’s Structured Finance Group. In his role, Connor oversees the production of offering memorandums, performs underwriting analysis and coordinates deal closings, among a variety of other responsibilities for debt and equity transactions. Connor is experienced with transactions across the spectrum of asset categories and capital structures, including joint venture equity, preferred equity, mezzanine, bridge and permanent financing.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Connor attended the University of Virginia where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Foreign Affairs.
