Clark Steele joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 and currently serves as a Senior Associate focusing on Office and R&D Leasing and Sales. Clark brings more than 6 years of commercial real estate market research experience to the company. Prior to joining the firm, Clark was a market researcher at Newmark Cornish & Carey starting in 2010. He focused on data analytics and uncovering leasing and development trends in the Silicon Valley. He took over the department in 2013 as the Director of Santa Clara Research before leaving in 2016 to begin a career in brokerage. Clark has 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and got his start in 2007 as an intern at Commercial Property Services (CPS) in Santa Clara. Clark focused on environmental science and technology during his undergrad. He’s successfully translated his analytical science background into real estate and looks forward to providing custom tailored, data driven solutions to his clients.
