Chris joined Colliers Mortgage in May of 2022 as a Senior Vice President-Seniors Housing and leads the Colliers Mortgage Seniors Housing debt team. Chris specializes in all aspects of seniors housing and has financed Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing facilities. Throughout the course of his career, Chris has financed over $3 Billion of mortgage loans through Life Insurance companies, commercial banks, debt funds, credit unions, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA/HUD.
