Christopher Mavian was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He received his bachelors degree in Psychology at Cal State University Northridge where he graduated Magna Cumma Laude. He was president of the prestigious Psychology honor's society, Psi Chi. His hobbies include CrossFit, hiking, collecting fine art, and architectural design. Christopher has been in the commercial real estate industry starting initially with property management with a focus on properties in the West Hollywood, West Los Angeles, Culver City, Marina Del Rey, and Beverly Hills area. He switched towards commercial sales and leasing with an emphasis on retail, office, and industrial at Coldwell Banker Commercial WESTMAC where he spent the first four years of his career. He currently works for The Hart Groups as a Managing Partner for the Westside office. Christopher offers an extensive array of services such as property valuation, landlord representation, tenant representation, site selection, and real property exchange counseling.
