Chris began his career in 1985 in the New York City Metropolitan area in the property maintenance and management field providing janitorial and related facility services, mainly to office complexes in the NYC/Northern NJ area. After relocating to New Hampshire in 1995, Chris obtained his real estate license and worked in the commercial real estate field with Global Commercial Real Estate out of the Bedford NH office.
He expanded his property maintenance and management company and in this role, was responsible for overseeing the day to day management and operations of office, industrial and retail properties located throughout Southern NH. Services included; interior janitorial services, construction clean-up, as well as exterior maintenance such as landscaping, snow plowing and parking lot sweeping.
Chris acts as a liaison between owners, tenants and vendors.
