Chris Adams specializes in the disposition of single-tenant and retail properties throughout Georgia and the Southeast. As a part of the Atlanta investment sales team, Mr. Adams embraces the Franklin Street collaborative platform, allowing him to provide value-added services with the highest exposure possible to his clients.
Mr. Adams graduated Cum Laude with a B.B.A in Finance from Georgia State University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Young Atlanta Retail Alliance (YARA), Association of Young Real Estate Professionals (AYREP), as well as a licensed real estate sales associate in the state of Georgia. Mr. Adams has in-depth experience with creating marketing packages and running demographic reports as well as knowledge of Adobe, Google Earth Pro, Microsoft office, and more. He is also actively involved in the community with the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
