Chibuzor’s real estate background began in late 2014 after he graduated with his undergraduate degree and before he started his career at Ernst and Young. As he developed an understanding of multifamily, he was able to syndicate a 300-unit apartment complex in Dallas-Fort Worth all while continuing to work at Ernst and Young. Chibuzor graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a double major in accounting and finance and went on to get his master’s in accounting. In his second year as a broker in 2019, Chibuzor was recognized as The Multifamily Groups “Broker of the Year” and “Top Producer”. At Greystone | ISG, Chibuzor continues to represent Owners of multi-family properties solely in North Texas.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, he was in the real estate group at Ernst and Young which has given him an insight into how to optimize NOI and understand the accounting and tax advantages in real estate. To this day, Chibuzor is very involved in giving back at his church and also is an advisor to the top 1% of business students at the University of Oklahoma where he is invited back 3-4 times a year to speak to and mentor students in their leadership program.
